I'm almost never hungry. I've gone 72 hours without eating or drinking (other than green tea) recently and didn't feel any hunger during that time. I would say that I'm probably not typical.

A good guideline for health outcomes is for your waist measurement to be less than half your height. Ideally, you'd want your waist to be several inches below that.
