    Ok the verdict with shoulder:

    Rotary cuff tear, needs surgery but going for PT first then evaluate!! ARGGG!

    update

    I have only been doing cardio everyday, some core strengthening exercises! Going to Orthopedic surgeon on Monday!

    I will be back in no time!

    Shoulder still sore in the mornings but seems to get slowly better throughout the day

    I felt the shoulder the whole time in the pool, didnt seem to mess with my swim technique, i am feeling better under the water!

    Still injured so no skating tonight that will change next Monday
