    Agree with the OAK... when its early on in prep the fat melts off with ease so 2,3, or even 5 lbs lost per week is normal I think... However, the last 5-10 lbs takes forever to come off it...

    Agreed! Its just easier for me to eat the same...

    Agreed! Its just easier for me to eat the same things over and over each day...that way when I reach a plateau it is easier to take foods out or simply decrease amounts.
