Strong lifts for a smaller guy! If you want to add size just up the carbs and protein and make your reps slower and more reps! :)
The bicep is worked in any pulling motion involving the elbow to bend the back to pull or even pushing on things works parts of the bicep! You may just be building grom good genetics :)
I have always used split since reading up and experimenting to see what my body likes! But IMO Split it up mate it helps alot for recovery!
