Cheese has low to no carbs, and mustard have none. I still eat burgers just without the bun. I like to take mine and put mayo, mustard, cheese, and spinach on it. It's just as good with no bun.

Yes it is completely normal in the induction phase. Once your body get used to it you should not have any problems. I even have more energy while in keto and less hungry.
