Finished last thread at 77,4kg (170,3lbs), weight has been fluctuating between that and a couple lbs higher but I haven't gained much. I've never experienced water weight variance like I see some...

If you've never touched a weight in your life you'll be able to gain muscle while losing fat for a little while and that'll make getting leaner much faster.

Can't wait! Goal is going to be 154lbs, which should be the end of my cut. Finished the last thread at 170.4lbs so that's about 16lbs to go. Will surely be higher on the 1st due to all the christmas...

Huh, it seems like you've read all our input but somehow ended up going the opposite direction of what we've advised, do you see it that way too? how did you get to that decision?
