The leg day I was dreading, I've been feeling really drained on this trip mainly because of the extreme heat. It's usually 70ish in WA been 100 or over here since I got here. I'm really feeling it...

They are but between my calorie cutback and the desert heat I wasn't able to put in as much work as I intended. Love that wanna puke feeling!
