I LOVE this sauce on fish. I take 4 tablespoons Greek Yogurt and mix in 2 tablespoons Keens hot mustard and add 1 tablespoon fresh dill. Tastes increadible on fish/chicken....

3 banana's, 3 naval oranges, 25 strawberries dusted with coconut and cocoa. Put in freezer for 1/2 hour and wow. Great snack for cutting grab 3 pieces and slaps your sweet tooth!
