That whey-cool sounds pretty neat. They're building a location in my area, so looking forward to stopping by sometime.

R-ala are good to take when eating meals w/ carbs.
WPI won't cause constipation. WPC most often does.

Ok, back on topic. Try to incorporate sweet potatoes into your diet when you can - they are great for bulking.
I know what you mean - roughly 35g of protein is what I'd say.
I picked up some ostrich meat over the weekend at my local Whole Foods - great stuff!
How about granola vs oatmeal?
