I just add my creatine to my pwo out of convenience and like said above consistency.

What whole food sources are you getting your protein from, what's your daily goal?

Stay hydrated and 3-5g daily is enough.

What flavors did you get?

I was also curious of the same, what are you looking for us to say/do?

You could be into far worse things than some creatine, remind your mum of that.

Take it whenever you want and then get your blood work redone.

For your health, have you considered help with your dependency?
