It's back up, but I hope the prices are still wrong. They had a $30 discount on the 5000 comp flat bench originally, now it's only a $7.45 discount. LOL.

Exactly this. If you want something for a home gym, you can find Sole stuff cheap and in great condition on CL and it should last you for years and years. But I wouldn't put it in a commercial gym.
