my program is fierce 5 and i'm supposed to increase weight every week so would it be smarter to keep increasing the weight of all sets and then when i start to stall change it to going up set by set?
i get that i'm supposed to go up by weight i'm just not sure how. like if i do squats 3x5 and all sets were with 60lb next time would i do 65,60,60 and then keeping going from there till i do all 3...
