    If i take muscle tech mass gainer, which says it has 10g of creatine, do i still need to take any extra creatine on the side?

    I am 17, 6'3" and weigh 160 lbs. I can grab the rim but cant get close to dunking. For my basketball team we work out a couple days a week, do box jumps and a couple sets of squats. I squat about 175...
