    the problem is when i did a chest workout earlier...

    the problem is when i did a chest workout earlier this week i got 8+ reps for all sets but today i only got 12,8,7,5 which is terrible. The week before that i got +8 reps for all sets too.

    When looking to gain muscle mass should you be doing 6-8 reps on all exercises(beside bench, squat, deadlift were i do 5x5)? Also what are the appropriate amount of sets 3 or 5 when doing 6-8 reps...
