Do you absolutely have to have a protein bar before bed? Can you have real food such as egg whites or grilled chicken breast & some veggies? That would be more ideal.

Personally, I think one is becoming obsessive when starting to count green veggie calories. For competition, I can kinda understand, but if not, then I think weighing & measuring greens is a waste...
