As for the quality of weight gain: overfeeding on high saturated fat is far from ideal.

Depends on the quality of your training, the rest of your diet and a ton of other factors like genetics, sleep and recovery.
Each has 8 gram saturated fat.
Ideally you keep your saturated fat under 10% of total calories. 5% may be even better.
