Wow, that’s an expensive flat bench. I have a Rep replica made from 7ga steel that’s 16” high with the Rep 14” fat pad , I love it but would sell it for prices in that range.

If $200 or so is your price range I agree that your best bet is a good, used , commercial bench.

Don’t buy a cheap bike. If buying used( which your budget requires) get an older Schwinn Airdyne.

IMO, a Concept II rower or an Airdyne bike are the best choices. The rower isn’t within your budget so that leaves an Airdyne. You can find used ones for $40-$100, they work great and last forever....
