I'm currently sick, body aches sore throat generally feeling weak, do you still think it's beneficial to train and lift heavy when your like this or should I scale back on volume/load?

I'm no where near needing trt but one day my t levels will inevitably drop with age and holding onto all my gains is going to be impossible without it.
