Dropped 500 at first and then subtracted 100 a week depending on how I felt. usually gave it about a 10% spread for the day

Only had about 2-3 sessions of cardio a week always HIIT

That's what I figured. Just using BMR I was already low. I think I'll just stay at 2000 for a couple weeks and see if I make gains.

Down from 195lbs in January attempting to get to 8-9% bf.
