Had a 7-site body fat test done. The skinfold measurements were as follows:

Chest - 8
Ab - 23
Thigh - 17
Subscap - 17
Supra - 6
Midax - 9
Tricep - 8

Getting my BF % tested at around 6pm tonight. Having a 7-site done. Will post readings per site and BF % shortly after.
