work out on day one results in ripping muscle fibres...rest on day two to give fibres a chance to heal and scar over...day three work out again and rip more fibres...day four rest to allow scarring...
started with 20..up to 70...every 2 or three days....started about a year ago...today i felt a bounce as i was going down stairs....holy crap ...i got pecs!

don't waste yout time for that reason...there are lots of girls who like skinny guys....trust me...only do it for health and goals etc.
