Sounds like progress. I track all Calories out and average BPM's during workouts on Apple Watch. More importantly, I track all calories in using the LoseIt app. Gotta track everything.
Apple Watch does it all for me. Heart rate. BPM. Calories burned. Might not be 100% accurate but trends are trends, and it helps me track every calorie I burn.
