For your legs, I would get rid of (That machine that works the back of your quads) which btw is called leg curls and put stiff-legged deadlifts instead (unless you are already doing them on back day).
Also, get rid of concentration curls.
I would do chest dips if I were you (forget decline bench press) and only do skullcrushers and close-grip bench press for your tris.
