If you are having problems with that you should consider weightlifting even more! But come on, why join a bodybuilding site if you don't even lift?

Best game eva, seriously. This game taught me to read English! I wanted to know the story line, and it helped to play the game better, I played it once when I was sick and got hooked bad on it.

I don't see how you can't have both, if one has a big waist and small shoulder girdle, he should still keep doing squats and deadlifts, just also put a lot of focus on back width and shoulder width....

Not to be a jerk, but the same can be said from people who use both and say with pride I'm a bodybuilder, but they don't look it. Probably hasn't anything to do with there intensity in the gym, 99%...
