im a single dad ( full custody ) of a 4 year old lil boy :) and i got myself a treadmill a nice bench and powerrack with over and under pullys for lifting at home as i dont have time to hit the gym...

i just got done with my weight loss and just now starting to slowly up my calories a bit to feed muscle groath! I'm happy to support you :)
