Hey fam... I decided I wasn't going to hit a 600 bench weighing less than 350, so I'm eating again and my bench is finally moving again.

I'm pretty sure it's the same way around here, as evidenced by the fact that there's only about 300 total lbs at each bench.
The back is good. The eye surgery lay off set me back a little, but I think I'm on pace to keep hitting heavier weights.

I would stay worth what you have and move it up 5 lbs a cycle until you can't hit any extra, then drop it back 10% and do it again.
