Well a bit of an update on my search for an effective pre-workout.

Cellucor Super Sport Vanilla or any of the Muscle pharm combat powder flavors, all taste very good.

Vanilla is really good. Cellucor is my favorite as far as whey protein goes. Nothing but results from them.

Ive tried many a Pre, and N.O. Explode ranks near the bottom in my experiences. And while I dont really care how my pre tastes, good lord it tastes bad.

Some Pre's just don't work for some people. I was using 3 scoops with no results.

Appreciate all the advice/tips, Ill keep this thread informed on what i try and if it works or not. I'm not stateside so it'll take awhile for whatever I order to reach me.

Negative, don't take any other caffeinated beverage outside of my pre workout. I've heard good things about Rage, may try that sometime.

Based on my experiences so far, my body laughs at caffeine.

C4 is the best tasting I've tried (weakest performance however). No Xplode, Black Powder, NanoVapor, Assault all taste like garbage.

However, i don't take Pre for the taste. So it is what it is.
