You don't need BCAAs assuming you eat a balanced diet. Cheap monohydrate is all you need, don't bother loading or cycling it, just 5g per day taken whenever works for you.

Any brand of creatine monohydrate is fine, it's cheap and proven, just go with whichever is the cheapest; just be aware it pretty much never fully dissolves but that's fine, a bit of a sandy texture...
