I always go to the gym right after work so I feel a bit tired, but never unmotivated.

The tired bit is easily cured by taking pre-workout.

I do full body 3x a week.

The key is doing a lot of compound movements so you don't spend the whole day in the gym.

Switch up those movements for each muscle group each workout.
