I think i understand what you are saying. My idea is use this rutine/drill in my off day so i can gain more range of motion (in general), no feel really stiff, and be available to for example touch...
- When you are in you test week (week 5) , is just the heavy day you need to do? Or you do also the other 2 day? (mid-light)
