comes out to 474 cals, 34g fat 7g carb 32g protein

1g/lb of protein, EFAs, and fill the rest in with fat and carbs to meet your calorie goal (how you shuffle fat/carbs has little effect)
just get a damn food scale and measure out 2oz and eat however much you want
