I notice at meal 5 u have grapefruit..if u train between meal 2 (pre) and meal 3 (post)...do u switch the grapefruit meal to ur postworkout meal? Or u just let the meals fall were it falls?
I dont quite understand when u say, when u drop cals, it is everyday??? u meaning..if u doing 3000 cal cut diet..but every 3rd day u have higher cals then 3000..can u explain in lil more deepth?
