-Wrestled 10th grade
-Power-lifted 11th and 12th grade
-Ran track in 12th grade
-Been in the Marine Corps for a year and a half....

That's how I have been taught.
However, I felt the burn a lot more in the lower back, glutes and hamstrings when I pointed the toes nearly straight, atg, back straight, etc. today.

Cliffs:

- Leg/cardio day
- Watch friend squat 405lbsx5 easy ATG
- Friend finishes; I proceed to start my workout and squat how I've been taught.
- Apparently, I've been squatting the wrong way...
