Like other friends said here, is all about the attitude,more than what weight can you lift. I have the same issue, i can't make more lift though i go to gym for 6 months by now!
I am new on here, I am 25 and go to gym! i like the forum ,is very professional and has many good topics!
After 6 months of gym, i have some pain on my back, why that! I work like 3 days per week with constant breaks. And all the time a do weights!!
Any good reviews on this!!?
