what do you take as a post workout? i usually take a protein shake but find if i don't leave it about 30mins before my post workout meal i won't be fit for the food appetite wise as im too "full"...
Just keep focused you can do it!! to aid your recovery because you need a higher protein intake then most try supplementing in protein shakes to boost your protein intake for the day
