    Hows my routine?

    My routine basically is a 3 day split but I'm not quite sure if it is a well rounded routine.

    Here it is:

    Legs/shoulders

    Squats 5x5
    RDL 3x8
    *Bulgarian split squats 3x5
    *Calf raises 3x8
