Ya, I do have a smaller frame, so I would probably have to get down to 120 pounds.

I'm 5'9, 150 pounds and I posted some pictures on the site and I was told I was around 20% body fat. ( estimated guess )

So, what should be my recommended daily intake RATIO of carbyhydrates,...

If I'm 5'9 and 150 pounds with about 20% body fat how much calories, fat, protein, and carbohydrates should I be taking in on a daily basis in order to lose the fat?
