I don't understand why Rogue doesn't have a Monster version that attaches to their racks. Seems odd. I have the wrist roller, but not the rack attachment as my rack is 3x3 with 1 inch holes.

I'm pretty sure what used to be Magnum, is now matrix. Maybe they have a little more moder j hooks that will work for your rack?

+1 on the lat pulldown. You might be able to find a used commercial unit for a good price. I have a lat pulldown with a mid row option as well, and it gets used almost every workout for something.
