My chest workout is the following
Flat bench 4x 10 reps as heavy as i can
Cable incline 4x10reps
Cable incline flyes 4x10reps
Cable flat flyes 4x 10
Dumbbell press incline 4x10
And then...
I havent been training for almost half a year and just got back 1 months ago and been bulking, Is the progress considered ok, what should i do next?
Anyone could give me a badass chest routine ?

Yea, just eat as much as you can when every you can, keep eating till you get full, and when you feel that you can eat more just head to the kitchen and eat again till your full.

Because i have this god damn psycometry test and the gym opens 5 days a week and 2 days of it i have a course that in the time that the gym opens hopefully after 29th of nov i'll be back to 5 days a...
Issue is my legs became double the size and got big love handles causing me not to fit in most of my jeans went from 28-29 to 32-33.
Should i back down a little cut down a little and then bulk again?
After i finish my chest workout i can barely hold anything up, so i take my shake with creatine and eat good amount of protien before i sleep and take 4 amino tablets then head to sleep the next day...
