  • You can definitely get stronger and build up...

    You can definitely get stronger and build up endurance with bodyweight exercises. But no way can you have such full and well developed muscles from all angles using JUST bodyweight exercises..

    Do slow negetive reps with a spotter OR do bench press on smith machine for a couple weeks. Load it with as much as you can so that u can baaarely do 5 reps.. This has helped me big time
