A good quality bench shirt won't even begin to bend until you are up around 400.

These bikes are amazing. They are fun because you have a course to watch, "gears" to shift. When you can't be outdoors, this is great.

For dips, no different.

You wouldn't be able to do squats with a bar using a regular dip belt.

I have the Superbench and love it.

They're cheap...good investment.

I would say don't dismiss them so quickly. Yes hex are better, but those of us with really limited space, the Ironmasters are perfect. Expensive..yes..but it is an investment in long term health.
