I just tried Carnivor soft baked protein bars by musclemeds. I liked them a lot. Good chocolate peanut butter flavor. high protein content at 30 grams. pretty good pick up.

I took 1 scoop 30 mins pre-workout and 1 scoop post workout. On off days 1 in the morning, 1 at night as directed.
Good results this way and no need for loading.
Less bloating with creature then...
