    Without a rotating bar it will throw you off...

    Without a rotating bar it will throw you off balance constantly, also a non-olympic standard bar has a thinner bar so unless you tiny hands it wouldn't be great for your grip

    - sit in bottom position with barbell across your tights to stretch ankles
    - butterfly stretch - inner hip
    - modified pigeon pose - outer hip

    You don't need a foam roller...

    If you just want to get your strength up quickly it might be worth just running starting strength for a few months it wont help at all in terms of the classics but you should have a better strength...
