When i cut i lower more weight and just try and push for 15-20 reps and do 6+ sets for me my muscle stays but i burn fat a lot faster but everyone's different, when i build i just do 4 sets 12 10 8 6...

i dont count them towards my overall calories since i factor in the calories i burn in the gym to factor them out basically

i eat half a cup of veggies person 40 grams of protein butg i dont count vegs towards calories

i been training like this for 8 weeks you can see my results on my bodyspace, i think i made good progress personally but its getting tough lately

so is faith but i have seen faith move mountians and see people on the brink come back, if it works it works but thats why im asking for opinions on it :P
