First of all it defenitly says milk on it lol, second yeah thats fine but if your cutting those cals can add up, ON cookies and cream tastes great in water.

I just do a warm up of 1 set of 1/2 - 3/4 the weight I lift. Thats like 5 sets of warm ups, not my style.
