Why does every newbie want to reinvent the wheel? There are 4 or 5 excellent beginner programs in the stickies. A few that are great is fierce 5 and starting strength.
Dont over think it just do it .. fierce 5 is one of the best beginner programs around, every day you spend thinking about what you might do is one less day working towards your goal.
Then start a log in the appropriate forum and keep this kind of crap out of general where people ask questions .. generally a "arm day" is bull**** anyways.
