Day 1- chest/tris/abs
Day 2- Back/bis
Day 3- Legs/abs
Day 4- OFF
Day 5- Shoulders/traps/abs
Day 6- Arms/calves
Day 7- OFF

yah, just following instructions of the trifecta stack, seems like you've made some big progress in ur short stack, very interested to see wut it can do for me, i'll be following along as you finish...

Thanks man, running the stack for 6 weeks total, 4 of methyls then 2 weeks of formadrol, came all together with instructions and a bigger bottle of 1-d.

(methyl 1-d, methyl masterdrol and formadrol) but i have finals coming up, notice any side affects on it? cuz i got the time...

great for cutting, pretty impossible to bulk up on

personally i'd flip it,

mon-chest
tues-back
wed-leg
thurs-shoulder
fri- arms

i'd like a rest right after arms and be totally fresh for the big muscle groups like chest and back
