    the only way you can get cut is by lowering your bodyfet- diet and do cardio, and than you will be cut.
    Push-ups will not make you cut or strong.

    6 sets is enough for biceps!
    I personally can only handle 5 sets.
    again, if you go to failure that should be enough.
    do barbell curls for 3 sets
    and db curls or hammer curls for 2-3 sets.

    on the first picture it seemed like you went wayyyy below 90 degrees. personaly I always try to hit maybe 1 inch lower than 90 degrees when i squat, and i think my quads are doing pretty good so far....
