It's not really about being addicted. It's just once you train on, when your off you feel like your wasting your time training because the results are no where the same.

I would say more 13-15% bodyfat. I would do a mini cut down to 10-11 and then pack some solid muscle on then cut. no point in cutting drastically at this point bro
