    Been ages since I posted in here... been busy with work, holidays and lots of gym work really.
    So, I also came off the low carb diet and instantly went up about 10kg within a week from doing so....

    Today, woke up with the scales being bang on...

    Today, woke up with the scales being bang on 112kg. Which means since I started this journey Im now down 40kg (which is about 88pounds to those that use that measurement).

    So by week4, I am 9.9kg down. So defo slowed down...

    So by week4, I am 9.9kg down. So defo slowed down but also a couple of days in those two weeks where I had a 'few' drinks.
    So im not too fussed. At least it's headed down still.

    Definitely weaker...

    Another 3.3kg lost this week. So in 2 weeks, 9kg down.
    Also another cm from the belly, so that measurement is 3cm down from the start as well.

    And I lost a grand total of 5.7kg in the first week, and 2cm from the belly.

    As I said above, I do think most of that will be water but that's a good start I think....
